Everyone does stuff. What is your stuff? Where did you get that stuff? How do you if the stuff you do works? Is your stuff better than my stuff? Maybe we need to get beyond stuff and focus on the why, how and when. Vern Gambetta, Director of Good Stuff, Gambetta Sports Training Systems

Hey Vern,
your “Stuff” post sounds like the idea I posted in the Exer-Genie Mastermind Group…
“Get people to want to do their daily fresh air non-running joint and tissue breathing body maintenance routine to reduce illness and getting back in touch with their body=nature to get connected to the outside nature – to find the best parts for this routine I would like to have a page where experts can present their best prooven methods and moves and having them rated”
and todays comment to a question:
I do believe the body has some essential needs that are covered by needs and not possibilities. Most trends cover possibilities – needs are boring if you don’t feel the need of your body to do them. On the other hand, if you don’t do them you will feel why they are needs with pain. I would like to know what other experts consider as need and build a routine that integrates those needs and shows that different movement cultures cover the same needs – just with different “flavored” routines. It would be great to get experts together at one virtual table discussing what they consider there essential – without fancy stuff, without big tools, without choreography, without risking your health. Stuff that everybody can do at home or wherever they are their whole life
Now the experts just need a neutral non-industry free place to meet and start the discussion – ah… and the question is of course: Who are the experts? Or like you suggest Everyone? Why not! Let the comments and likes decide ๐
