Please don’t tell me what you can’t do; I am not interested in that. I want to know what you can do and what you will do. Define your possibilities not your limits. Figure out how to be the best you can be and start doing it now!

Had to laugh a bit reading this… It’s literally what I was thinking about this morning while working on an annual seminar I do as a “race ready” session the night before a half ironman triathlon.
As I was reviewing what I did last year, I saw in my notes an awesome youtube clip of down hill racer Arron Gwinn winning a world cup down hill despite breaking his chain literally going down the start ramp. Here’s the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9B3G2U4O7Kk
It’s just such a great reminder.
Focus on whats possible. What can you do? The can’t will take care of itself. By default. If you “can not” do it, well – then you won’t. So let it go. What’s possible right now? What can you do, right now? What steps can make it happen?
Keep your focus there, training, racing, life… It’s amazing how open it can make you, and how well it can help you grow and perform.
Basically, “live/train/race” like you lost your chain – now what? You can still find a new path!
Keep well
