Coach them don’t just train them. Don’t get caught in nuance and semantics. Follow these simple steps:
Determine the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for your sport.
Assess exactly what needs to be assessed to determine the status of the individual athlete relative to the KPI’s.
Train what needs to be trained by coaching the elements of the Key Performance Indicators as they apply to that individual.
Assess to determine progress to towards the goal.
Modify the training to reflect the adaptation.
At the culmination of the process you will have a highly adaptable athlete without any physical, psychological, technical or tactical limitations completely prepared to compete to win in the competitive arena.

In mu business, we do not train any child or pro unless we assess. We want to know where their strenths and weaknesses lie and then most importantly we now as a company or trainer can be held accountable for improving the athletes results.
I am interested in learning more about your KPI’s

Saving energy is a great way to teach your children about environmental issues. It is an activity that has easily measurable results and one where your kids can participate actively. Get them involved from the get go! And teachers, take note: your students really want to help save energy in the classroom – they just need your nudge to get going.

Training is done just an hour and it is the teaching of knowledge , skills and competencies while coaching may refer to people who have a wide range of knowledge or what we called professionals that shares their knowledge to other people.
