Several of you have written asking for transcripts of the answers. Unless someone in the audience was recording it or transcribing it is not available. I was moderating the panel so I was engaged in steering the discussion. I will offer one brief observation, the two members of the panel who just are just transitioning to coaching came from quite a different perspective that the two coaches who had been coaching for awhile. Once again experience versus experiences. Mind you that is not a put down, but an observation of mine and shared by many people in the audience.
