  1. I very much like this one! This is always the case. As I think back on myself I remember periods where I was the most focused during workouts and big improvements always came. Maybe not when I expected them, but suddenly i would do something in a race or hit a new PR and think “where did that suddenly come from?” Hmmmmm. Seems pretty obvious no?
