Flexibility & Performance

Flexibility is an important quality that must be trained daily. Flexibility is often a limiting factor inhibiting other qualities. Here are two references on stretching and warm-up that I have found informative:

  2. Flexibility is must compulsory for making our body more movable and attractive. I think it is not achieve so easily. A daily practice can make it easy. Thanks for post.
