in training. To re-frame your thinking think of weight training as gravity
enhancement, that is what you are doing. It is gravity that tears ACL’s and
sprains ankles. The implications in training and injury prevention are vast
and opportunities to make Mr. Gravity a friend are infinite. Use your imagination
and creativity and you will be amazed at what you can do with Mr. Gravity if you get him on your team.
