Just finished a terrific book – The Talent Code – Greatness Isn’t
Born. It’s grown. Here’s How by Daniel Coyle. Tons of very good,
thought provoking information. Well written, scientifically accurate without
being overbearing. I am obviously interested in developing talent, I think this
book really nails it. Reinforced some ideas and challenged others in what has
to be done to develop talent. The fundamental premise is that talent can be developed, could not agree more. I have seen and done it. You may not agree with all of it, but if you are
a coach or a parent it will make you think twice about what you do.
